Use your IRS tax-FREE account NOT foreign banks

Use your IRS tax-FREE account NOT foreign banks
60 Minutes says bank employees implement strategies to help Americans avoid taxes. An HSBC banker promised “the undeclared account would allow [his] assets to grow tax-free, and bank secrecy laws in Switzerland would allow [client] Sethi to conceal the existence of the account”. No bankers went to jail. Fines are just “the cost of business.”  Data shows details and the leaker is now the criminal. [BIG] Crime does pay.

Do you have deductions worth more than the standard deduction of $12,400?
Your preparer may not ask you these questions because most easy tax forms don’t let you take the uncommon deductions. The most rewarding deductions are for a small business. However, you may deduct many things: taxes, mortgage interest, gifts, big losses, work expenses, etc. Take your share!
If you have kids you can receive up to $6,143 for three or more children plus $2,000 CTCredit. There are credits which reduce your taxes including $2,000 for retirement savings. Uncle Sam can help you reduce your taxes now and later: http://www.amazon.com/Tax-Free-Living-2012-strategies-build/dp/1477452702

Warren Buffett’s investment strategy beat hedge funds 63% to 20%
In the 2008 financial crisis, a US hedge fund manager bet $1 million that his complex, high-cost strategies could beat the plodding approach of investment guru Warren Buffett. The result so far: Buffett’s Vanguard shares are up 63.5 percent since 2008; while the hedge fees cut returns to just 19.6%.

The car was FREE but the insurance was $15,000/year --Wow
James Robertson was forced to walk 20 miles to work to earn $10.55 /hour. He has perfect attendance but he can’t afford to fix his old car. The Detroit bus service is lousy. He starts his commute at 8 a.m. for his 2-10 p.m. shift, and does not get home until 4 a.m. Good Samaritans raised money for a car and a local dealer gave him one—But insurance costs $15,000. Insurers don’t believe in integrity—only your FICO score.

Romney needs to meet the 47% who walk 20 miles a day to work. We are not just victims, “takers” as GOP thinks. We try to make a decent living in America on $10.55 an hour while CEOs take their wages/bonus/raises/options to offshore hideouts.

Wall Street analyst warns that if corp profits are not shared with society, we all lose
Arnott Sees ‘Peasants With Pitchforks’ If Profits Get Any Fatter. We ‘peasants’ will buy more stuff if we have more wages. Gas cannot go down much more. Last month, the unemployment rate of workers who hold a bachelor's degree or higher sank to 2.8 percent, its lowest level since September 2008. We need good machinists/welders but the jobs went overseas with the millionaires like Romney.

GOP crazies
Rand Paul, a doctor, should know that without public health vaccinations Americans would die. Measles vaccine has prevented an estimated 15.6 million deaths from 2000-2013.
Christie gov of NJ, where vaccines are mandatory for that reason, says vaccines should be a “lifestyle choice.” Would he say that if his kids got sick?
Rep. Scott Perry (PA): “he (Obama) actually might use it (war authorization) to further their (ISIS) cause and what seems to be his cause and just drag you as a complicitor [sic] in it.” Is GOP afraid war on ISIS might get blamed on them?
Yet many GOP want Obama to have more war powers—another Iraq?
Yet some GOP call Obama a dictator with too much power. Almost-VP-Palin and Rudy Giuliani want him to be like Putin.
Maybe they will become Communists?

Supremes (5 guys with health coverage) will decide if we get to keep our insurance or die early
The Supreme Court briefs are in, and we can now say that big business backs the Affordable Care Act. The justices will hear oral arguments on March 4 in the latest case challenging the ACA. The plaintiffs are backed by a range of conservative and libertarian interest groups whose real goal is to cripple, if not kill, the ACA. These groups have insurance already so they are not interested in helping others. As GOP candidate Ron Paul implied in 2011, “let them die if they can’t pay.”

Your Fidelity account FEES earned Ms Johnson $ billions—she thanks you
FIDO increased its earnings by 29% last year, to a record $3.4 billion, despite surging investor redemptions of its mutual funds. Your fees helped Ms Johnson become the 6th wealthiest woman at $14 Billions. She shares ownership with her dad and granddad.

SCAMS           Why are we still paying $700 Billion a year for WWII deployments? That is 27 cents of each dollar in taxes—the largest part of our money—and we aren’t even at war. We could pay off our debts and fix our schools, roads and bridges!
We are paying for 164,253 of our active-duty armed personnel to be in 150 countries around the world. We have about 50,000 in Japan and 50,000 in Germany.
Are we preparing for WWII again? There are 1,208,083[1] armed personnel in the United States. Our taxes pay for about HALF of the WORLD’s military expenditures every year. We have wasted $398.6 billion so far on the F-35 program—they can’t fly safely.
We just can’t afford to pay for everyone else’s defenses anymore.
Japan, Germany and S. Korea can pay for their own defenses.
The War on Terror requires SEALS’ attacks on top terrorists at their homes. Iraq proved converting a nation to Western-style republic doesn’t work. Our trained troops ran away.

Why working Americans can’t afford to live in New York
Our daughter works but can’t live in NY because she can’t compete with corporations and wealthy out-of-towners for apartments. Behind the dark glass towers of many buildings, a majority of owners have taken steps to keep their identities hidden, registering condos in trusts, limited liability companies or other entities that shield their names. By piercing the secrecy of more than 200 shell companies, The New York Times documented a decade of ownership for global money transforming the city’s real estate market.

Your Mercedes-Benz C-Class really has cheap plastic seats--Sorry
The bleeding seat issue appears to affect US-built C-Class models with the MB Tex vinyl and possibly other interiors. The bleeding often occurs when a car has been sitting in the cold and then heats up quickly. The number of cars affected is unclear, though the C-Class owners have been vocal in the MBWorld.org forum.
